    Paul Sutton is an independent digital marketing consultant who has been working in digital and social media for over 15 years. He works across many areas of digital marketing including PPC advertising, SEO, podcasting, email marketing and digital transformation, but his core skill lies in social media marketing, and he now advises businesses and individuals on how to effectively use social and online media.

    In 2020 Paul was awarded Independent Consultant of the Year by the Chartered Institute of Public Relations, and in 2022 was named Digital Journalist of the Year by the PRCA. He is a regular commentator on the social media industry for the likes of the BBC, ITV, Talk Radio and The Guardian.

    Frazer Chesterman began his working life in recruitment, then publishing as part of Reed Business Publishing. The move to Exhibitions came in 1997 and he has not looked back since.

    Since 2003, he has operated within the print industry by joining FESPA and as the managing director took an ailing exhibition that was in decline and turned it around into the market leading business success it is today. In 2011, he and Marcus Timson formed FM Brooks, a JV with Mack Brooks Exhibitions, to launch new shows for new print markets with the EcoPrint and InPrint show now the leading globally recognised event for industrial Print technology.

    Frazer and Marcus sold InPrint in 2018 and immediately launched an online Community called Future Print.

    Nick Hollis is an international mountaineer who’s seen our impact on the natural world first-hand. He’s set a world record attempt to promote environmental responsibility and raise funds for the conservation of our planet’s most precious resource: its rainforests.

    To complete the 721 Challenge Nick will climb the Seven Summits, ski the North and South Poles and row the Atlantic Ocean in world record speed. He has already climbed the highest mountain on every continent, skied solo from the edge of Antarctica to the South Pole, rowed solo across the Atlantic ocean, and has only one more challenge to go in his race against climate change.

    Prior to moving into the world of exploration and extreme challenges, Nick worked in the print industry, spending more than nine years with HP.

    Colin Sinclair McDermott, aka The Online Print Coach, is a fully certified business coach with the World Association of Business Coaches and one of the very few with a focus specifically on the printing industry. He is also the creator of the industry online training platform and community ‘The Print Growth Academy’.

    Following in his stepfather’s footsteps, Colin joined the industry in the late 90’s and went on to run a print management company and online print company before working with one of the largest corporate print firms in the world.

    More recently, Colin has been privately coaching print business owners in all aspects of running a printing company and developing an online blueprint for print companies to follow that will allow them to grow and future-proof their business.

    Michael Knowles founded ROAR Digital Marketing, which specialises in Search Engine Marketing to help businesses get found online and turn clicks into customers, in 2016. He started his career in sales and then moved into marketing roles, while sharing his digital marketing expertise with global giants Google as a Digital Skills Trainer. He also worked as a Senior Lecturer in Marketing at Newcastle University.

    Having entered the print industry in 1991, Michael boasts a wealth of experience and expertise. Joining MacroArt in 2007, and appointed as Managing Director in 2018, Michael’s leadership saw the business successfully acquired by Moss Inc in 2023 and its move to the Moss name in April 2024.

    He attributes much of his success to the team at Moss and the remarkable work they deliver to a client list that includes many of the world’s biggest brands and their agencies. With their expertise, the business continues to push boundaries, delivering exceptional branded environments through providing innovative, sustainable solutions in the visual communications sector.

    Mathew Faulkner is responsible for the management of strategic and operational marketing for the wide-format printing business, serving broad markets from AEC&M to photo and fine art and from display graphics to interior décor.

    Having started his career working in technical design for a packaging and print manufacturing business, Mathew later co-founded a tech start-up in 2001 that developed inkjet printing, CAD and prototyping systems for packaging.

    He currently sits on the council of the IPIA and is Chairman of its Training and Education subcommittee. He is also a
    member of the marketing steering group for the not-for-profit organisation Two Sides.
