Session Details
When people in businesses thrive, those businesses thrive, too. A large-scale study from academic partners including the London School of Economics found that a ‘meaningful increase’ in employee wellbeing yields, on average, a productivity increase of around 10%.
Join a panel from print and wellbeing backgrounds for a session designed to provide practical, real-world insight into how businesses in print can build working environments that help their staff address some challenges they may face. These will include how to progress their careers, find the right work-life balance, and feel able to acknowledge workplace stress.
