Print Head Doctor is a professional printhead recovery and maintenance system designed to unclog severely blocked printheads, restore printheads and extend their lifespan, automate deep cleaning with AI-enabled workflows, generate before/after nozzle test reports. All this, Axzyra said, reduces replacement costs “dramatically”.
As for the Print Head Tester, this compact, high-precision device evaluates printhead health in minutes. It allows uses to instantly visualise nozzle performance, validate heads after cleaning, storage, or shipment, confirm whether a head is production-ready, as well as prevent defective heads from reaching presses

Meanwhile, Ink Tester is featured on the same platform as the Print Head Tester. With this, users can stress-test ink batches, evaluate ink behaviour under real print conditions, detect clogging risks before they damage production heads, and validate new formulations, suppliers, or batches
