Speakers

Simon Biltcliffe
FounderWebmartSimon Biltcliffe is a multi TED talk speaker and past IoD Director of the Year. He’s an international public speaker and business expert; widely acclaimed for his talks on his Marxist-capitalist business model, as well as talks on employee motivation and running a thriving organisation in the 21st century.
He takes an irreverent, maverick and blunt view of business; that it should be fun and you must be different to succeed. He’s non-corporate, thought-provoking, and inspirational - and incredibly motivated, using examples from his own business and personal life to show how mind and body work as one towards success.
In 1996, Simon founded print management agency, Webmart, and has since spearheaded its transformation into a multichannel sustainable marketing agency with a roster of clients featuring some of the world’s largest retail, gaming, DTC and ecommerce brands.
From the outset, Simon has driven the Webmart ethos of ‘Do Good, Be Good.’ Becoming a B-Corp, investing in a 164 acre re-wilding project in Scotland, establishing a charitable arm which has donated over £1m to charitable causes, and offering customers and suppliers the path to track and reduce their carbon emissions - these are just some of the initiatives Simon and the team at Webmart are using to make a difference.
