Focused on UK print
Since The Print Show launched in 2015, our core aim has been helping printers to find the tools they need to succeed in the modern market, as well as identify sectors in which they expand into and grow. Given the upheaval of the past year, the need to look at other markets as well as traditional print is more important than ever.
The Print Show prides itself on being the only event entirely dedicated to the UK print industry. At our 2019 show, we featured exhibitors from all corners of the industry, providing them with the platform to reach UK customers from across the market. Rather than over-extending itself, the show remains committed to this UK focus.
Crossroads of opportunity
The quality of visitors is improving year-on-year, with exhibitors at the 2019 show reporting more quality leads than ever. This is one of the key reasons why so many companies use the show as a platform for national, European and even worldwide technology launches.
The Print Show has welcomed more than 25,000 visitors since its debut event in 2015, many of who were at the event to purchase new machinery, with millions of pounds of business having been done as a result of the show. Exhibitors also benefit from in-depth coverage in industry-leading titles Print Monthly and SignLink in the months leading up to the show.
Overall Attendance 2019:
The Print Show is dedicated to transparency when it comes to visitor type and attendance numbers. We are entirely open with our data and operate to strict guidelines in terms of reporting the number and types of people we welcome through the door.
In 2019, we welcomed a total of 5,462 attendees to The Print Show, with just under 2,400 of these visiting from a commercial print company. Based on the estimate that there are 7,000 commercial print companies in the UK, we are comfortably achieving 40% of this market.

While new products, technologies and solutions will be the main attraction for visitors at The Print Show 2022, those in attendance will also have access to a special feature that adds even more value to their visit.
Visitors and exhibitors alike will have an incredible opportunity to meet three famous faces as part of our celebrity attractions. Our celebrities will spend the day chatting to visitors about their lives in the spotlight and also take part in a live Q&A session where attendees can quiz them about their careers.
As an added bonus, visitors and exhibitors can have a professional photograph taken with the celebrities and take away an autographed souvenir to remember their day at The Print Show.
The Print Show gives visitors access to more than 20 specialist business coaching, sales training, and technical insight sessions free of charge at the Business Seminar Theatre.
