Having entered the print industry in 1991, Michael boasts a wealth of experience and expertise. Joining MacroArt in 2007, and appointed as Managing Director in 2018, Michael’s leadership saw the business successfully acquired by Moss Inc in 2023 and its move to the Moss name in April 2024.

He attributes much of his success to the team at Moss and the remarkable work they deliver to a client list that includes many of the world’s biggest brands and their agencies. His business is going from strength-to-strength where they are working with some of Europe’s impressive brands such as Lush as well as most of biggest manufacturers in the UK and wider afield. The business provides a wide range technology products and carbon related services, from calculators to operational assessments.

Adam Louden works at Brett Martin, Europe’s largest extrusion facility and manufacturer of a wide range of specialist plastic products for construction, print, display and fabrication. With on-site renewable energy sources including a solar farm and wind turbine Brett Martin is committed to delivering tangible impacts to minimise the impact production processes and finished products have on the environment.

Adam has a particular interest in sustainable plastic manufacturing, demonstrated by his role in launching Brett Martin's reduced carbon Foamalux Light Bio PVC foam sheet in 2023. Adam works with some of the world’s leading OEMs and media distributors across the UK, Europe and North America to further understand demand and requirement from sign and display professionals for sustainable solutions.
