Cutting and marking solutions provider Boxford has spoken out about the value of trade shows, saying they have proved to be a major boost in the aftermath of the pandemic.
Boxford has so far exhibited at three events this year and recently booked its place at The Print Show 2022, where it will showcase its latest solutions to the print industry.
Paul Barraclough, managing director of Boxford, says events like The Print Show are key to helping the industry get back up to speed after the pandemic.
“The Print Show will be our 4th show of the year and they are proving to be an invaluable vehicle to show our equipment first hand and discuss how they could help potential customers expand their manufacturing capabilities.
“There was certainly some trepidation at our first post-pandemic show in February, as we wondered if exhibitions were still relevant as the world had spent the best part of twp years on-line, but we’ve found there is pent up demand from customers to talk face to face to suppliers and view equipment in action.
“We’re now reassured that exhibitions are more relevant than ever and will continue to form an important part of Boxford’s marketing strategy.”
Visitors to The Print Show in September will be able to view a range of laser cutting and engraving equipment in action on the Boxford stand, including CO2 and fibre laser-based systems, many with integrated features like auto-focus, positioning and monitoring 4K cameras, chillers and compressors.
“The Print Show is an important part of our marketing strategy; there is no substitution to face to face meeting with new and existing customers,” Barraclough adds.
