Management information systems (MIS) provider Accura MIS has signed up to return to The Print Show this year, hailing the event as ‘necessary’ for the UK market.
Accura MIS is a regular at The Print Show, having exhibited on a number of occasions, and will be back at the NEC from 27th to 29th September to update the market about its latest software developments.
Trevor Cocks, managing director of Accura MIS, says the company has had good results from The Print Show, hence its ongoing support of the event.
“Despite the internet, trade shows are necessary, relevant and the industry should support them,” Cocks says, adding: “Websites can’t answer questions, let you touch-and-feel, or tap into the experience of a processional face-to-face.
“Any printer should be looking ahead to the future of their business, not standing still. That means engaging with new technology, new software and/or production methods and efficiencies, or perhaps exploring diversification into other areas. The Print Show is the only place where all of this comes together in one place.”
In terms as to what Accura will showcase in September, Cocks does not go into too much detail at this stage, but does state that The Print Show presents Accura with a platform to demonstrate its new solutions to a wider audience.
“The show provides Accura a platform to showcase new products, gain industry feedback, and raise brand awareness,” Cocks comments, adding: “It also shows our existing clients we are still committed to the print sector and keep ahead of our competitors.”
